Corrective Exercises

You may see your chiropractor for a few minutes a week -- but you sit at a desk, drive a car, or stand on your feet for hours every day.   We use a hands-on approach teach our patients specific rehabilitative exercises to support your spinal correction and correct poor postural habits.  These exercises can help with pain control, avoid further injury, and stay in balance.
